We’re coffee addicts. We can’t start our day without at least one cup of coffee and we usually have at least 10 more cups throughout the day. Ok, maybe 10 is pushing it, but you get the idea. And, our favorite type of coffee is the fresh kind. We can just smell that aroma now! The only problem is a fresh bag of ground coffee only stays fresh for so long, and we lack the skills to roast our own beans at home!

Let’s face the facts. We could all use a little diet reboot when it comes to our eating habits. Too much fat, too many carbs, maybe one too many trips to that candy bar at work! Hey, we’ve all done it, which is exactly why about 108 million people try to kickstart their diet at least four or five times a year. But, every time you kickstart your diet, one thing is missing.
There are two things we need in the morning in order to get through the day. The first, naturally, is breakfast. Toss some Lucky Charms in a bowl, and we’re golden. The second is something we need both for our sanity and for the protection of all the poor souls around us, and that’s coffee! Load us up with that sweet caffeinated nectar of the gods and we’ll happily be on our way.
Ask any child what they want to be when they grow up, and you’ll probably get quite the handful that tell you they want to grow up to be an astronaut! Fast forward a couple years…ok, like 20 or 30 years…and most probably haven’t left the atmosphere. But honestly, can we blame them? Space is big and dark and quiet and…we’ll stay right here on the ground, thank you!
We all love a good cup of joe in the morning. It gets our motors running and helps ensure that we’ll actually be pleasant people by the time social interaction is required. But, no matter how big our travel mug might be, we eventually start to drag again come mid-afternoon. We become tired and sluggish, which means we need another visit from our Fairy Godmother of coffee!
